Friday	8am - 6pm
Saturday	8.30am - 11.30am
Sunday	9.00am-12.00
Public Holidays	CLOSED

Appointments

You can usually see the doctor of your choice on the day you require. If your usual doctor is unavailable please consider seeing another doctor in the practice. Your usual doctor will be informed and as all doctors work from the one computerised set of records, the details of your consultation will be added to your file.

If your require a longer appointment, tell the receptionist at the time of booking. A longer appointment is sometimes required for travel advice. If you are booking a child for an immunisation, be sure to tell our receptionist so that we can ensure our nurse is available at the time you prefer. Please tell our receptionist if you require a Skin Clinic appointment.

After Hours Care

We realise that illness can occur at anytime. One of the practice doctors can be contacted by phone until 9 pm at night. We also subscribe to Family Care Medical Services who will visit you at home after hours. The next morning they will then notify us of the nature of your problem to update your files to help us with your continued care. They can be contacted on 07 3831 9999.

For emergencies we recommend you go directly to the Emergency Department of your nearest hospital or dial 000 for an ambulance.

Fees & Billing

We are a privately billing practice. We do bulk bill children less than 16 years of age and patients with a Health Care, Pension, Veterans Affairs or Commonwealth Seniors card. All visits from 5pm onwards and on weekends are privately billed.

Skin Cancer checks are bulk billed from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Skin checks in the evening and on Saturdays are privately billed.
